Northampton Town FC are looking for talented female players to add to their Female Player Development Squads U10's, U12's, U14's and U16's. These are elite squads that are a level below the Girls Centre of Excellence within the County.

All players will train once a week with a Centre of Excellence coach to forge a closer working relationship between the two elite centres and to monitor the development of the players. The players involved with the PDC are still eligable to play for their local teams and games for the PDC Squads will only be played in academic half terms, which will not clash with any additional fixtures.

All players will receive regular feeback from their coach at the end of each block to assist in their development.

Your support with this is gratefully appreciated as we are continuosly striving to raise the standards of girls football within the county.
