Report:             This was the first game since before Christmas and it was on a new pitch. Cougars girls were very impressive for the length of time that they had not had a game. Jaydyn Mcveigh showed her improvement from the start of the season which is why I gave her M.O.M. Three of the girls got there hatrick and I was very proud of Bethany Macleod as she was one of the three girls and got one extra 4. Gabriella Maia and Taylor Scully got a hatrick each. Lola Kenny also chipped in with one goal. Well Done girls you played well.

The blacks are fast becoming a force to be reckoned with, from the off they took the game to Aztecs, it was a tiring 1st half, the girls gave 110%. Their passing, tackling, throw-ins and corners were a joy to watch. In the 1st half Sophie Scott fired in 2 great goals with Aztec pulling one back. In the 2nd half with blacks 2-1 up and the benefit of playing down hill, they piled on the pressure and it paid off, Courtney, Jodie, Lucy H were awesome they ran midfield with strength and accuracy, constantly running at Aztec, which brought on Jodie’s well deserved goal through sheer determination. Sophie added 3 more to her ever growing tally with her quick thinking and precision. Outstanding performance, well done girls.

This was Tigers best performance so far, Ambers played with great determination. The first half was evenly contested with Ambers having the better of the play for the first 15 minutes. However as they tired they conceded a goal from distance and 2 more quickly followed. After half time the match continued in the same way as the first with Tigers on top for the first half with Corby coming strong again at the end. Well done Ambers you should be proud of your performance, thanks to Corby for playing sportingly - 6 v 6.

Report:                       First game back after bad weather seen Parklands Tigers and Kingswood Blacks struggle in the first few minutes, parkland tigers gave a good game making Kingswood work hard to battle past, with determination from Kingswood and some good communication they finally scored giving them a 3-0 lead at half time.  The defence stood strong by both teams, but Kingswood got in the swing of passing and moving across the pitch which helped them score another 4 goals, and seeing them win 7-0, well done to both teams.

The Blacks came out on top in this Derby game, but they were pushed all the way by the determined Ambers. Blacks took the game to Ambers from the kick off and raced into a 6-0 lead with some well worked goals, but Ambers kept fighting and finished the half 8-0 down. The 2nd half was a lot tougher for the Blacks and good defending and goalkeeping from the Ambers made sure that the Blacks could only add 4 more.

Sophie was in fine form up front and well supported by Lucy H whose crosses were impossible to defend at times.

Report:             A much improved Parklands scored from a corner in some good early pressure, this spurred Cougars to try to score an equaliser before half time but some good defending and goalkeeping from the Tigers stopped their attempts. Second half Cougars relentless pressure paid off from an equaliser from Beth Macleod. A Parklands own goal put Cougars in the lead and a fantastic break from the home side led to a goal from Gaby Maia to seal the result. Parklands kept the pressure on throughout the second half but some good saves from Sammie Hamilton kept the home team in front. Well done to both teams.

Kingswood managed to pull the game back with 4 fantastic goals one from each Keira Lauder, Katie Bruckman, Lola Kenny, and Bethany McLeod.
Katie Bruckman just pinched MOM due to the great football she was producing in the middle of the park.

Another good game between these two sides with Tigers scoring 3 2nd half goals to overcome Corby again for the 2nd week running. The first half ended 0-0 and it took a goal from a corner by Lucy H to break the deadlock. The 2nd came from a good shot by Sophie from the edge of the box and a deserved goal for Billie who worked tirelessly in midfield.

Report: A well fought contest evenly matched. The deadlock was broken by a cruel own goal early in the second half. The Cougars rallied and played the better football second half but could not find the net. As the away side chased for an equaliser they were undone with two very late goals and  Parkland ran away worthy victors. Well done to the girls both managers must be very proud.

Both teams battled hard in this game but it was Tigers that came out on top. Some good fortune let in Sophie to score the first and a well worked corner saw Lauren score from the edge of the area to make it 2-0 at half time. In the 2nd half Corby came back into the game and made it 2-1 before Lucy made it 3-1 to Parklands from another corner that took a deflection of a Corby player. Corby still hadn’t given up and scored their 2nd, but Sophie eased Tigers nerves with a solo run and shot into the top corner for her 2nd of the game. A great goal to end a good match, well done girls.

Report:             A well fought game saw the home side take a deserved lead through a good finish from Chelsea Elms only to have that cancelled out when Ise lodge equalised before half time. In the second half Cougars took the lead through a wonder strike from Chloe Gillan but Ise Lodge were strong opponents and despite an incredible goal keeping debut from Jade Russell Ise Lodge equalised with only minutes to spare. A good spectacle and a fair result. Congratulations to both sides

 Report:                    Its very hard to put into words how well Kingswood played today. It was a very good all round team performance. With two girls Keira and Gabby  both producing hattricks but Keira just stealing it by getting      man of the match. Well done to both teams.

On a hot day Tigers dominated the match from start to finish but couldn’t find the back of the net. Countless chances went begging but credit to the Aztec defence and keeper for continually thwarting the home side. Lauren came closest to scoring when she hit the post late in the game, but well done Parklands for keeping going and never giving up. A great performance.
